We will do our best to meet the delivery deadlines set but this cannot be guaranteed. The duration of the delivery time is subject to the technical conditions under which the activity of courier companies and external factors are carried out, things that cannot be fully controlled. If your order did not arrive on time, you must first check with your local delivery office. We cannot process any complaint for an item that has not been delivered unless at least 10 working days have elapsed since the item was shipped. All requests must be made within 28 working days from the date of shipment (for the date of shipment check the e-mail "Confirm shipment").

Customs and customs duties

Return

You are protected by the return policy if you return the products within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the amounts paid. Please contact our customer service before sending the products back. The gemstones must be returned in good condition, without scratches, chipping or signs of mounting in the jewelry.

Product returns

Pack your items safely, go to the post office and send the shipment.

Return costs are paid by the buyer unless the fault lies with the seller. In this case, once the payment is returned, the value of the transport will be returned to you. Please pack the items for safe shipping and ship them. Reimbursement of the cost for the products is made in approximately three working days from the receipt of the products. Please don't forget to let us know about the shipment and the tracking number to follow the route of your package.
